Let's Talk

Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming—especially when things are heavy. Whether this is your first step or a process you’re returning to, it’s worth acknowledging the courage it takes to move toward something different.

Here, the work is collaborative. We create a space where you can show up as you are. Together, we explore what’s going on in your inner world, make sense of what’s getting in the way, and build steadiness and confidence to meet what life brings.

If you’re curious about working together or just want to talk through what therapy might look like, I’m here. Reach out when you’re ready—we’ll take it one step at a time, finding a pace that feels right for you.

About Zane

My life outside the therapy room is full—family, community, and time in the woods exploring the wilderness. I’ve spent more than ten years in the human services field and hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology with training in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy.

I show up in this work not as an expert who “fixes,” but as a copilot—someone who travels with you as you make sense of your experiences and take meaningful steps forward.

“Those who have a why to live can bear with almost any how”    -Frankl

We acknowledge that we are privileged to live and work on the traditional lands of the Anishinaabek (AUh-nish-in- ah-bek), Haudenosaunee (Ho-den-no-show-nee), Lūnaapéewak (Len-ah-pay-wuk) and Attawandaron (Add-a-won-da-run). We honour and respect the history, languages and culture of the diverse Indigenous people who call this territory home.
